I had an awesome time at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to great shopping and delicious restaurants. The room, although a bit snug, was well-furnished and had that luxurious feel. The staff was super friendly and helpful; they even gave us a gourmet map of local specialties. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a good way to start each day!

The place was luxury and had competent and responsive staff with great service, liked the stay. I had a sumptuous breakfast with a delicious spread of Western, allergenic foods plus Japanese dishes in the lobby. Location of hotel was best possible and strategic and the shuttle to-and-from the airport was a big plus. You could walk to shopping centres and a main shopping street. Everything here was fine, I would come here again.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and amazing - not too far away from Sakae Mori no Chikagai. It was a shopping area near a bus stop: D

See question 2 above
Food and drink costs in bar and restaurant were a bit excessive. There was better value directly outside the hotel at the various restaurants that offered a wide range of food styles

Clean, luxurious hotel with professional and responsive staff with great service. Best possible and strategic setting in the shopping area, close to sightseeing, nearby shopping centres such as Matsuzakaya, and nightlife and metro station.

The hotel had a very central location, but the rooms were quiet. Everything was clean. Good amount of space for Tokyo. Helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again.

A hidden gem in Nagoya
Waking up to a surprisingly spacious room with a view of the vibrant city. The location was perfect for exploring local delights.
Check-in felt a bit disorganized and took longer than expected, leaving us anxious to start our adventure. A smoother process would have enhanced the experience.

Room size was 30msq, quite large for a standard room in a Japanese hotel. Bed was nice and firm, with good choice of pillows. Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable and realxing stay.

The room was spacious and the decor lovely. Staff were very friendly
The pool was very expensive - it should have been complimentatry for hotel guests, so we didn't use it. There may as well have been no pool. Also while the bed was large (very nice) it was also very hard, making it sore to sleep on.

I loved the gym and pool access. The complimentary drinks at the Executive Lounge were a nice touch! My twin room was spacious and had a fantastic view. The location was super convenient for shopping and dining as well.

Generally the staff are eager to respond and help when called on. The single room I had was clean and just big enough for a single occupant. It's great that the hotel makes an effort to conserve the environment by seeking the co operation of guests to return a green card if any amenities are not used and making a donation back to the community. It is great that the limousine bus to the airport picks up guests at a reasonable price- ¥1000 and it saves the inconvenience of taking the train-:)!
I had chosen the hotel because of its reasonable price for a 4 star and more importantly because of the sauna! But to my dismay, the hours are until 9pm and the sauna room is small and can accommodate comfortably 3-4 persons at any one time. The entry price is too overpriced ¥3150for an activity though the one price allows you to use the gym n swimming pool as well. It should have offered an activity-related price range and give people the flexibility of choice.
